This isn't a parts-bin bundle. DeckSpan™ was designed to drop into the DualTrack-T™ channels and lock down from the same system — a clean, repeatable mounting interface engineered to work together.
The Deck
DeckSpan™ Roof Panels
5mm formed aluminum — thicker than the 3/16" decking common in the market. Panels interlock edge-to-edge into a continuous flat surface that holds solid underfoot.

Load reality
The van is the limit. Not the rack.
Both system sizes are rated beyond the Mercedes Sprinter's factory dynamic roof load limit. Distribute the load across the deck and load to your van's specification with confidence — the rack won't be the constraint.

Walkable 5mm deck
Forming plus material thickness gives each panel real rigidity — flat underfoot, resists bow and bend. Load solar, service a fan, work from the roof.
Tie down anywhere
Slots and L-Track cut-outs run through the entire deck. Anchor straps, boxes, and recovery boards where the load balances — not where a rail happens to be.
Dual-channel crossbars
L-Track and 25mm T-Slot in parallel on every bar. Run both accessory ecosystems at once — no adapters, nothing to swap out.
No-drill, reversible install
Bolts to Sprinter OEM roof tracks or LoadSpan™ rails with basic hand tools. Every fastener serviceable. No permanent modification.

Questions before you build the roof
Can I actually walk on it?
Yes — that's the design brief. The 5mm formed panels hold flat underfoot and crossbar spacing is engineered to support standing loads across the full deck. Distribute weight sensibly, as on any rooftop platform.
Is the rack or the van the weight limit?
The van. Both system sizes are rated beyond the Sprinter's factory dynamic roof load limit — you load to Mercedes' specification for your van, and the rack won't be the constraint.
Do I need LoadSpan rails, or will my factory tracks work?
Factory tracks work — the system bolts directly to Sprinter OEM longitudinal roof tracks. LoadSpan™ rails add load spreading across the roof structure plus full-length accessory channels, which is worth it for heavy or permanent builds.
Can I still use my existing L-Track and T-Slot accessories?
Yes. The DualTrack-T channels accept standard L-Track fittings and standard 25mm T-Slot hardware — simultaneously. Use what you already own.
What about my roof fan, A/C, vents, or Starlink?
The 62" system decks the rear cargo zone and leaves the forward roof clear. On either size, panels can be spaced during layout to clear roof penetrations while keeping solid footing where you need it.
Will it be loud at highway speed?
The crossbars use a curved-edge aero profile specifically to suppress the wind whistle common to flat-top extrusions, and the deck sits low and clean above the roofline.
Is drilling required?
No. The install is bolt-on to existing roof tracks, uses basic hand tools, and is fully reversible with no permanent modification.
