What Sprinter models do the LoadSpan roof rails fit?
LoadSpan roof rails are engineered for 2019+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30) models including 144" and 170" wheelbases, standard and high roof. They attach to factory-installed roof mounting points — no drilling required.
What is DualTrack-T™ and how is it different from standard cross bars?
DualTrack-T™ is our patent-pending dual-channel cross bar system. Each bar contains both an L-Track channel and a T-Bolt channel in a single monolithic aluminum extrusion. This eliminates the need for adapter plates and gives you two independent mounting systems in one cross bar.
What is the load capacity of the system?
LoadSpan roof rails are rated for 330 lbs per pair (dynamic / driving) and 660 lbs per pair (static / parked). When paired with DualTrack-T™ cross bars, the system maintains these ratings across the full rail span. Always observe your vehicle's factory roof load limits.
Can I install the system myself?
Yes. The LoadSpan rails install in approximately 45 minutes with basic hand tools. Cross bars slide onto the rails and lock in position with integrated clamps. No drilling, no permanent modifications. Full installation guides and videos are provided.
