Why DVA Mechanics?
We built the DualTrack system to solve what frustrated us — single-standard rails that force you to pick an ecosystem before you even know what you'll need. The DualTrack-T™ is our answer: one rail, two standards, zero adapters. Every product is designed in-house, tested on our own builds, and backed by engineering that doesn't cut corners. If it doesn't work on our Sprinter, it doesn't ship on yours.

What's the difference between DualTrack and DualTrack-T?
The original DualTrack features a dual L-Track configuration. The DualTrack-T™ adds 25mm T-Slot channel support simultaneously with L-Track in a single channel — so you can use both mounting standards simultaneously without adapters.
Will this fit my Sprinter?
DualTrack-T™ is engineered for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans with DVA LoadSpan, OEM, or other aftermarket roof rails. Check the compatibility chart or contact us to confirm fitment for your specific year and configuration.
Is drilling required?
No. DualTrack-T™ attaches to compatible longitudinal roof rails; it does not bolt directly to bare factory roof hard points. Installation is fully reversible.
How does the curved edge reduce noise?
The rail profile features a curved leading and trailing edge that deflects airflow smoothly over the cross bar, reducing the turbulence that causes wind whistle at speed — a common issue with flat-top extrusion profiles.
Can I use existing L-Track or 25mm T-Slot accessories?
Yes. DualTrack-T™ is compatible with standard L-Track sliders and fittings as well as standard 25mm T-slot accessories — use what you already own or mix systems freely.

Riddle me this, Batman. How are you to hold the pan-head screw in the track brace, while trying to fasten the locking nut over a solar panel and washer, at the same time. Won’t even get into hole alignment. Hopefully new anchors work better!

The product is great! The instructions however, are not well done. There is no instructional sheet which shows names of parts and quantities, the video provided doesn’t have audio only music. So in other words, the person putting this together relies only on visual information without any written or verbiage/audio instruction. The other thing to take note of is that the rails did not include the markings from the video. In other words, rails marked “F” and “I” were different on my kit. Although I was the markings from the video. In other words, rails marked “F” and “I” we’re different on my kit. Although I was able to put this together without too much trouble, I think it acts as a barrier to have such poor instructions.

Roof rails for the Sprinter are great, fitted to a 2024 eSprinter 420.
But waiting for details of new awning to roof bar brackets before I can move on with my build.

I used the DualTrack-T system in order to fabricate a custom cargo rack for my truck topper on my 79 F150.
I used Ltrack for the base, and DualTrack-T for the horizontal bars.

This is a great product, but again the instructions were very poorly done. There is no instructional sheet included with the kit. You find the instructions by scanning a QR code from the box label which leads you to the website. From there you need to choose the correct video for the kit you’re installing. There is again no verbal information. Only visual information to guide you. There is no parts list to help either the instructions are a barrier to anyone who has average construction skills. I was able to put it together, but it would’ve been a lot easier if the instructions were ad /ade B/ /qua I/ /te I/.

Perfect fitment on 2021 Sprinter 170 high top and excellent quality! The only issue I had was the rubber hole plugs didn't go in flush so I trimmed them a bit and covered with a small piece of foil tape.

Lack support longitudinally. If they had support they could suspend a load without contacting the roof. But hey, who doesn’t like worn/rusted spots in their roof?
The weakness of the trusses spread weight horizontally onto the rails adding flexing to the rails leading to future rail fatigue and leaks at that point.
Anyway just an opinion from a engineering tech. As over priced and worthless ass most Sprinter add ons.
Minimal effort would produce a product with options for a higher adapter to the rails. Still debating whether or not to keep it. Only bought to speed up the season as I build things out.
