The complete system pairs DeckSpan panels with DualTrack-T crossbars: 62" x 58.5" (6 panels, 4 crossbars) or 124" x 58.5" (12 panels, 6 crossbars). Both sizes exceed the Sprinter's dynamic roof limit — the van is the constraint, not the rack.
Why not a basket rack?
A fixed basket makes every roof carry the same shape. This system lets you keep a permanent rail foundation, move the bars as the van changes, and add deck panels only where you need footing or cargo support.
Fixed footprint, extra weight, harder to work around solar and vents, and usually more rack than many builds need.

Install reality
LoadSpan-T uses factory pre-punched roof holes with included hardware and sealing materials. Interior access is required to tighten the mounting points, but the roof is not drilled and the install is reversible.
