The three layers

Rails, crossbars, deck panels. One roof system instead of a one-size rack.

Start with the rails, set the crossbars where your build needs support, then add DeckSpan panels anywhere you want a stable roof surface.

Choose the build path

Start with your van. Add roof capability only where it earns its keep.

144 / 170 / 170 EXT

Choose van length

Pick the rail kit that matches the van. The system works across all 2019+ VS30 Sprinter roof heights.

Foundation

Choose LoadSpan-T

Use the dual-channel rail when the roof will carry crossbars, solar, DeckSpan, or mixed L-Track/T-slot accessories.

Crossbars

Add only the spans you need

Start with a two-bar kit, then add more bars later when solar, awnings, or cargo layouts change.

DeckSpan

Deck the working zones

Place panels where you need footing or flat cargo support while leaving openings for vents, fans, A/C, and Starlink.

New: DeckSpan

Turn the roof into a surface, not just a place to mount parts.

DeckSpan panels make the modular system feel complete: a walkable panel set for loading gear, reaching solar, working around Starlink, or creating a clean roof platform without committing to a heavy basket rack.

3 x 19.5 in = 58.5 in Three DeckSpan panels span a Sprinter-width row. Add rows front-to-back around fans, solar, A/C, Starlink, or storage.

Why not a basket rack?

A basket rack solves every problem the heavy way.

A fixed basket makes every roof carry the same shape. This system lets you keep a permanent rail foundation, move the bars as the van changes, and add deck panels only where you need footing or cargo support.

Basket rack

Fixed footprint, extra weight, harder to work around solar and vents, and usually more rack than many builds need.

DVA modular system

Full-length rails, movable crossbars, and DeckSpan panels exactly where you need a walking or loading surface.

Install reality

No-drill does not mean no details. It means the details are handled.

LoadSpan-T uses factory pre-punched roof holes with included hardware and sealing materials. Interior access is required to tighten the mounting points, but the roof is not drilled and the install is reversible.

Questions before you build the roof

Does this fit my Sprinter?

LoadSpan-T fits 2019+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VS30 vans in 144, 170, and 170 Extended lengths across roof heights. Earlier vans require separate fitment confirmation.

Do I need to drill the roof?

No. The rail system uses factory pre-punched roof holes. Interior access is required so the hardware can be tightened correctly from inside.

Does DeckSpan need crossbars?

Yes. DeckSpan is the deck panel layer. It mounts to crossbars or rack rails and pairs cleanly with DualTrack-T crossbars on LoadSpan-T rails.

How many DeckSpan panels do I need?

Three 19.5 inch panels span a Sprinter-width row. Add rows front-to-back only where you want a walkway, loading zone, or roof work surface.

Can I still run solar, Starlink, fans, or an awning?

Yes. The point of the modular layout is to leave open roof zones where equipment needs clearance while using rails, bars, and panels only where they help.

How fast does it ship?

Current storefront language is free U.S. shipping, processing in 1-2 business days, and U.S. shipping time of 2-5 business days.

Build once, keep adapting

Start with the foundation. Add the deck when the roof becomes part of the build.

Use LoadSpan-T as the permanent backbone, DualTrack-T as the adjustable span layer, and DeckSpan as the walkable surface. It is easier to buy, easier to explain, and easier to edit inside Shopify.
