Full-length load distribution

One continuous extrusion per side. Load on a bracket, crossbar, or tie-down spreads along the rail and into multiple factory roof mount points — instead of concentrating at one spot.

Dual channels — L-Track + 25mm T-Slot in parallel

Two channels run the full length of every rail, side-by-side in the same extrusion: industry-standard L-Track and a 25mm T-Slot channel. Both are simultaneously supported — no switching, no adapters. Standard L-Track studs, rings, tie-downs, solar feet and 25mm T-Slot crossbar feet all bolt in directly.

No-drill factory hole mounting

Bolts through the Sprinter's factory pre-punched roof holes. Butyl tape seals the interface. 60–90 min install, one person, basic hand tools. Reversible.

How it mounts

  1. Pull the roof headliner trim where the factory pre-punched roof holes land (interior access required).
  2. Lay butyl tape along the underside of each rail at the mounting points.
  3. Set the rail on the roof, thread stainless bolts from inside through the factory holes, torque to spec.
  4. Fit OEM-style end caps. Reinstall headliner trim. Done.

Common pre-purchase questions

Does this fit my Sprinter?

All 2019+ (VS30) Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans — 144", 170", and 170" Extended wheelbases, all roof heights (Standard, High, Super-High). Not compatible with 2018 and earlier (NCV3) models.

Do I need to drill into my roof?

No. LoadSpan-T bolts through the Sprinter's factory pre-punched roof holes. Interior headliner access is required to tighten nuts from inside. Butyl tape seals the interface.

What's the actual load capacity?

330 lb dynamic (while driving). This is the same ceiling for Standard, High, and Super-High roof. The rails themselves exceed this limit — your vehicle's roof is the limiting factor, not the rail.

Can I mount a Fiamma awning directly to the rails?

Not directly. Awnings need a clamp surface. For Fiamma-style awnings, pair LoadSpan-T with DualTrack-T crossbars — the awning then clamps to the crossbars.

Will my existing L-Track accessories fit?

Yes. The rail has an industry-standard L-Track channel running its full length. Standard studs, rings, tie-down anchors, and sliding mounts drop straight in.

Does the rail also accept 25mm T-Slot hardware?

Yes. A 25mm T-Slot channel runs in parallel down the same extrusion, full-length, alongside the L-Track. Standard M8/M10 T-slot bolts, crossbar feet, and clamp-on accessories drop straight in. Both channels are supported simultaneously — you don't pick one.

How long does install take?

What's the warranty and return policy?
