Dual channels — L-Track + 25mm T-Slot in parallel
Two channels run the full length of every crossbar, side-by-side in the same extrusion. Standard L-Track studs, rings, solar feet and 25mm T-Slot crossbar hardware all bolt in directly. Both channels are simultaneously supported — no switching, no adapters.
Full rail-length adjustability
Bars slide along the full length of the LoadSpan-T rails to position exactly where the load lands. Move them for an awning, a basket, or a solar array — no drilling, no re-torquing to fixed holes.
Fiamma awning compatibility
DualTrack-T gives Fiamma-style awnings a proper clamp surface. Competitor rails-only systems openly warn their product doesn't work with Fiamma. DualTrack-T + LoadSpan-T does — the full bundle carries the awning cleanly.

Start with LoadSpan-T™ rails
DualTrack-T crossbars bolt to the rails — they're not standalone. LoadSpan-T rails are the foundation: full-length extruded aluminum, dual L-Track + 25mm T-Slot channels running in parallel, bolted to the Sprinter's factory pre-punched roof holes with no drilling.
If you don't have LoadSpan-T rails yet, start there. DualTrack-T drops on top the same afternoon.
Common pre-purchase questions
Does this fit my Sprinter?
DualTrack-T is designed for 2019+ (VS30) Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans — 144", 170", and 170" Extended wheelbases, all roof heights — when installed on LoadSpan-T rails. Other Sprinter platforms can run the crossbars but typically require drilling.
Do I need LoadSpan-T rails?
Yes. DualTrack-T crossbars bolt to the LoadSpan-T rails — not directly to the roof. If you don't have LoadSpan-T rails installed, start with those and add DualTrack-T on top.
Can I mount a Fiamma awning to DualTrack-T?
Yes. DualTrack-T gives Fiamma-style awnings the clamp surface they need. This is the typical reason owners add DualTrack-T on top of LoadSpan-T — awnings, cargo baskets, and roof boxes all need crossbars to clamp to.
Will my existing L-Track accessories fit?
Yes. DualTrack-T has an industry-standard L-Track channel running its full length. Standard studs, rings, tie-down anchors, and sliding mounts drop straight in.
Does it also accept 25mm T-Slot hardware?
Yes. A 25mm T-Slot channel runs in parallel down the same extrusion, full-length, alongside the L-Track. Standard M8/M10 T-slot bolts, crossbar feet, and clamp-on accessories drop straight in. Both channels are supported simultaneously — you don't pick one.
What's the load capacity?
330 lb dynamic (while driving) — the same ceiling applied by the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter roof itself. The crossbar and hardware exceed this limit; the van's roof is the limiting factor.
What's the warranty and return policy?
DVA backs DualTrack-T against manufacturing defects. Unused products can be returned within 30 days. Contact support@dvamechanics.com for warranty claims.
