Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary by destination — typically 3-7 days within the US, 7-14 days internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over a certain threshold for US customers. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.

Products & Compatibility

Will your products fit my INEOS Grenadier?

All DVA products for the Grenadier are designed for the production model (2024+). We test-fit on actual vehicles before release. If you have a specific fitment question, contact us with your VIN.

Do you make products for other vehicles?

Currently we focus on the INEOS Grenadier and Mercedes Sprinter. Our Sprinter line includes power management, mounting, and connectivity solutions.

Are installation instructions included?

Yes. Every product ships with detailed installation instructions. Many products also have video guides on our Installation Videos page.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All DVA products carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something breaks under normal use, contact us and we'll sort it out.
