Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.
Free U.S. Shipping
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and weight. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Warranty
All DVA Mechanics products carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue to initiate a warranty claim.
