I bought and recently installed the DVA Mechanics Team INEOS Grenadier Ladder-Mounted Hi-Lift Jack Carrier, and I could not be happier with the product. The unit is extremely solid and very well built. Installation was straightforward and everything lined up perfectly. Once installed, it feels rock-solid with no rattles or noise at all, even when driving off-road.
What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. I unfortunately lost the beautifully machined knobs that come with the carrier, and when I reached out they immediately sent replacements with no questions asked.
Huge shout-out to Sebastian, who went above and beyond to help. That level of support is rare these days.
