DVA Mechanics Return Policy

At DVA Mechanics, your satisfaction means everything to us. We design premium accessories for your INEOS Grenadier and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return.

When Returns Are Accepted

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and undamaged.

• All original packaging, hardware, and accessories should be included.

How to Start a Return

1. Email Us: Contact our support team at support@dvamechanics.com.

2. Get Approval: We’ll confirm your eligibility and send you return instructions.

3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely. If possible, use the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping.

• For all other returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there’s a problem — damage, defect, or incorrect item — email us right away at support@dvamechanics.com. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need something different? The fastest way is to:

1. Return the original item using the steps above.

2. Place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with your refund status.

• Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Important Notes

• Returns with signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused during shipping may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

• Custom-made or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
