Please note: We do not provide return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at dvamechanics@gmail.com. We’ll resolve it through a replacement or refund right away.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to:

Refunds
