Returns & Warranty

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, hardware, and accessories.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

1-Year Limited Warranty

All DVA Mechanics products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

If a defect is confirmed, DVA Mechanics will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

  • Improper installation, misuse, modification, or abuse

  • Damage from accidents or environmental exposure

  • Corrosion from chemicals, road salts, or improper maintenance

  • Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs
